The location of this hotel is amazing: in the heart of the city, within a less-than-a-minute walk from a metro station. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is comfortable enough and provides good value for money.
The stairs to reach the reception and our room were quite a climb, but still worth it.

Located in the biggest avenue, it was right in the heart of the city and close to everything, including the Hermitage museum, cafes and restaurants. the room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was excellent, the hotel personnel was polite and attentive and breakfast was included, with a great variety of delicious food. We loved the spaciousness and basic kitchen. we didn't have to worry about climbing too many stairs.
We did experience noise from the street which was disturbing at times.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in central St Petersburg and had a great time! the location was ideal for exploring the city with plenty of attractions and shopping nearby. the staff were amazing, very helpful and accommodating. Loved the fact that the room was very clean and the shower was great. the breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety to choose from and kept us full until lunchtime. the kettle and fridge in the room were also a nice touch and made us feel right at home.
Be aware that the hotel entrance is on the third floor of a building and there are some stairs to climb, which might be a problem for some guests. It was also a bit hard to find at first, but definitely worth it once we did.

The hotel had a fantastic pantry area with free tea, coffee and snacks. The location was ideal, within walking distance to many sights and a metro station. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.
The hotel had some drawbacks. the lack of an elevator meant climbing several flights of stairs.
